In this Client Manager role, you will oversee a portfolio of clients from Computershare’s Registry Client Management team, focusing on retention, risk management, and delivering exceptional service. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and support business development. Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted partner for clients, proactively resolving issues and delivering service excellence
- Identify commercial opportunities, support business development, and help grow revenue within existing accounts
- Deliver professional presentations, client reviews, and account planning activities
- Manage risk, regulatory responsibilities, and governance requirements, ensuring compliant processes
- Produce client reports and management information with accurate data records
- Collaborate across the business to share knowledge, support colleagues, and drive operational efficiencies
- Maintain industry and market awareness to inform client solutions
Key requirements
- Experience in client relationship management, ideally in Registry, Financial Services, or regulated environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities within client portfolios
- Proven problem-solving ability with end-to-end issue resolution
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to analyse information, prepare client reporting, and present insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail
- Registry industry knowledge or Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential
