Overview

In this role you will deliver high-quality primary care as part of Operose Health, serving patients at the GP surgery and collaborating with clinical leads to support operational plans. You’ll help improve access, outcomes and patient experience at scale, guided by CARE values. The position offers a pathway to develop clinical governance, participate in audits and quality schemes, and use modern triage and consultation approaches. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients at the GP surgery and work with clinical leads to support the surgery’s operational plan
  • Maintain quality through clinical governance, audits, and achieving standards including QOF and CQC requirements
  • Provide care per the job plan within the total triage model, including in-person/video consultations, triage, medication reviews, safeguarding, and related administrative tasks
  • Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise individual patient care
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead on the surgery action plan, list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF/enhanced services/KPI targets, resources and cost management

Key requirements

  • Current GMC registration and NHS performers list
  • GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent)
  • Commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services
  • Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, and CQUINs
  • Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb
