OSJCT Group is seeking a HR Business Partner (Organisational Development) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on strengthening organisational capability through people strategies, talent development and succession planning.
You will work with senior leaders and the People team to drive change and leadership capability across care homes and offices. Based in the UK, the position is peripatetic, requiring 2-3 days per week from OSJCT care homes and offices.
