Overview

In this role you ensure day-to-day client operations run smoothly across Medway and Sittingbourne, upholding regulatory compliance and high-quality care. You will work closely with the Group Registered Manager to grow and develop the care service, delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. You handle client conversions, care planning, and risk assessments while leading a team to maintain excellent service. This position offers broad scope to influence care delivery, operations, and growth in a compassionate, mission-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Convert new client enquiries to secure onboarding
• Lead care planning and risk assessments ensuring regulatory compliance
• Manage a care team to deliver exceptional client service and balanced workloads
• Support on-call rotations and field visits as required
• Oversee systems and processes to maintain quality and efficiency

Key requirements

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent)
• willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services
• extensive care experience with strong customer service and staff management
• excellent knowledge of Care Standards regulations and compliance
• strong influencing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• proven track record of achieving business growth targets
• driving licence and access to a vehicle
• ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• IT literacy with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and databases
