Lead Facilities & Maintenance Engineer

JLL in London is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead the on-site facilities maintenance and engineering team at a prestigious Central London site, delivering a best-in-class service and ensuring the building’s infrastructure is safe, efficient and resilient.

You will oversee MEP systems, the PPM schedule, reactive maintenance, and CAFM workflows, manage subcontractors, contribute to continuous improvement, and report monthly on SLAs, KPIs and asset performance.
