Healthcare Assistant – Harm Reduction & Wellbeing

Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to improving lives of service users. The Healthcare Assistant at HMP Wandsworth will pro-actively assist the delivery of comprehensive interventions to enhance health and wellbeing within a multidisciplinary team.

You will support with harm reduction, opiate and alcohol interventions, and contribute to physical and mental health assessments, keeping service users at the heart of every action. Full-time 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract.
