Responsibilities
- Guide budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting for Telesales and Webchat channels
- Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to inform decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand drivers and outcomes
- Support cost efficiency initiatives and shape business cases
- Provide trusted financial insights to senior stakeholders and challenge outcomes
- Maintain strong financial governance and ensure responsible resource use
- Improve reporting quality and data storytelling for accessible insights
