A Cheltenham-based client in the construction sector is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis following continued growth. You will be a key contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails with a confident, professional manner.
Responsibilities include processing orders, resolving queries, and coordinating with internal teams, couriers and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Salary up to £30,000 DOE with excellent benefits.
