The Connection at St Martin’s is seeking a Database & Insights Officer to manage our fundraising CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT) and turn data into actionable insights. Working with Fundraising, Communications and Finance, you will build reports, dashboards and deepen donor stewardship while ensuring data accuracy and security.
You will oversee data imports, income processing and database administration, identifying opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency across the organisation.
