What You'll Be Doing
n
From day one, you'll receive structured training while learning every stage of the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
- n
- Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs
- Headhunting high-calibre technology professionals through LinkedIn, networking and referrals
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills, motivations and career goals
- Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement
- Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies
- Negotiating offers and helping both parties achieve the best possible outcome
- Developing your own network of clients and candidates, building long-term professional relationships

No two days are the same. You'll combine sales, relationship building, negotiation and commercial problem solving while becoming a trusted adviser within one of the world's fastest-moving industries.

Who They're Looking For

- n
- A recent graduate with some sales experience, or at least six months' commercial experience
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people
- Competitive, ambitious and motivated by achieving goals
- Strong work ethic with evidence of commitment and resilience
- Commercially aware and interested in technology and business
- Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in recruitment

Previous recruitment experience isn't expected. The firm is looking for graduates with the attitude, determination and potential to succeed.
