In this role you will join a Nottinghamshire-based residential groundworks business to manage commercial activities across multiple projects. You will help expand the business by ensuring profitability, delivering cost and value reports, and supporting tendering and variations. You work within the commercial team to optimise project outcomes and contribute to growth with a hybrid working option. • Optimise contract profitability
• Provide quotations for variations to clients
• Deep understanding of residential groundworks
• Prepare accurate monthly cost and value reports
• Handle all typical Quantity Surveyor daily tasks

Key requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
