Picker/ Packer / Temp to Perm / £12.71 / Hethel, own transport required / Monday to Friday / 7am to 4pm/ Temp to Perm    We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a full‑time Warehouse Operative / picker – packer based in Hethel. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
• Location: Hethel (own transport essential due to location, no local public transport available)
• Breaks: 2 × 30‑minute breaks

Performance Targets & Bonus Structure:

• Picking:
• Daily target: 262 kg Bonus: £25/day for achieving 362 kg/day
• Packing:
  • Daily target: 300 orders
  • Bonus: £25/day for achieving 380 orders/day

• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Ability to work to daily performance targets
• Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Must have own transport due to location
