Job Description:
Personal Homecare Pharmacy is seeking a Remote Locum Pharmacist Clinical Checker to join our growing remote team. You will review homecare prescriptions, identify anomalies, and escalate safety concerns while maintaining patient confidentiality and regulatory standards.
Applicants must be GPhC registered with at least two years of clinical experience and be able to commit to regular weekend cover (Saturdays and Sundays). Training will be provided via Teams before you begin.
