Hotel Switchboard Coordinator — 24/7 Guest Communications

The Imperial London Hotels is seeking a confident Switchboard Coordinator for its newly opened The Imperial in Bloomsbury, London. You will be the voice of the hotel, managing calls across NEC ConneCT and Opera systems, delivering guest messages and ensuring 24-hour service for guests and staff.

We value clear communication, a strong command of English, and experience in customer service. This role is 40 hours per week on a 5-of-7 rota, with generous holiday and staff benefits.
