Customer Care Manager – Launch & Scale (Manchester)

Prima in Manchester is expanding its Customer Care operations and seeks a Customer Care Manager to launch, lead, and scale the Manchester site. You will oversee day-to-day fulfillment and postsale validation, empower Team Leads, and collaborate with product and tech teams to drive improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, the role focuses on building a strong customer service function and delivering a great customer experience for growing UK customers.
