In this Finance Business Partner role you support operational and product leaders with financial insight to influence decisions. You combine hands-on management accounting with commercial finance, financial modelling, product costing and profitability analysis. You own the numbers, providing challenge and commercial thinking to drive better outcomes. Responsibilities

• Carry out management accounting and commercial finance activities
• Develop financial models to support decision-making and profitability analysis
• Conduct product costing and profitability review
• Partner with operational and product leaders to interpret numbers and provide strategic insight
• challenge assumptions and communicate financial implications to non-financial stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
• Take ownership of the numbers and contribute to business planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and informed decisions

Key requirements

• Part-qualified or qualified accountant
