Management Accountant

Overview

As a Management Accountant, you will act as a key finance business partner to operational teams north of Norwich, supporting strategic decisions to boost profitability. You will report to the Finance Director and help shape financial insights across the business in a fast-paced environment. The role combines accounting, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement to drive performance. You will lead a small team and contribute to strategic financial planning and continuous improvement.
