Management Accountant

Overview

In this role you will own monthly management accounts for Infosum entities, delivering insightful variance analysis and robust financial reporting to support decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring reconciliations, journal postings, and compliance with IFRS, ICFR, and SOX. You’ll drive process improvements and partner with the EMEA finance team to deliver accurate group reporting. This fast-paced, global environment offers exposure to audits, tax filings, and finance transformation initiatives, with a clear path to broader financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly Management Accounts to the Trial Balance
• Post journals including accruals and salary postings in line with IFRS
• Lead monthly variance analysis with clear insights and exception reporting
• Resolve post month-end queries promptly
• Ensure schedules reconcile to P&L and Balance Sheet
• Own the month-end reporting pack and ICFR compliance
• Support SOX, interim and year-end audits with documentation and responses
• Prepare UK direct/indirect tax filings and assist non-UK entities with tax
• Prepare management and external reporting within BFC
• Collaborate with EMEA finance to resolve reporting queries and produce monthly commentaries
• Deliver quarterly and year-end packs per Group requirements
• Identify process improvements and drive finance function efficiencies
• Act as point of contact for Junior Management Accountant and support ad hoc finance projects

Key requirements

• CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and presentation
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels
