Customer Experience Lead – Home Handover & Aftercare

Taylor Wimpey plc in Bristol is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to guide the customer journey from introduction through to post-move aftercare. You will work with Sales and Site teams to ensure homes meet quality standards and customer-ready status ahead of legal completion.

You will lead home demonstrations, collect snagging lists, and resolve issues in alignment with SLAs, keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the process.
