Program Manager, Workplace Design

Overview

In this role you drive the design and delivery of Adobe’s workplaces across EMEA and India, aligning spaces with brand and experiential graphics standards. You’ll lead projects from programming through construction, partnering with internal teams and external partners to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track. You’ll strengthen the Experiential Graphic and Brand program and connect space planning to the broader employee experience. The role offers impact in shaping multi-region environments for a tech company renowned for creativity and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead decision making across the full project cycle with external firms and internal delivery teams
• Own FF&E, materials, colour, and lighting decisions ensuring brand consistency
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to maintain scope, schedule, and budget; create scalable guidelines
• Strengthen operations and partnerships behind the Experiential Graphic and Brand program
• Collaborate with Workplace Strategy & Delivery, Global Site Operations, and Digital Employee Experience to refresh sites and tie spaces to employee experience
• Contribute to experimentation and innovation programs testing new onsite workplace approaches
• Champion inclusive design across projects

Key requirements

• 7+ years in architecture or interior design across diverse project types with a demonstrable portfolio
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in design and construction process from programming through construction administration
• Experience navigating cross-functional relationships and presenting to collaborators
• Experience with base building architecture and workplace strategy/programming
• Experience crafting solutions for fast-paced, technology-driven organizations
• Willingness to travel for site visits for international/multi-region delivery
