In this role you own multiple business-critical programs from intake through closeout, coordinating engineering, operations, and compliance teams to deliver network-focused initiatives. You translate complex OCI networking across Layers 1–3 into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes, driving structured, risk-aware delivery. You provide concise executive updates, maintain Jira artifacts, and lead audits and onboarding efforts with customers. Responsibilities

  • Lead concurrent, interdependent programs including production network hardware and software upgrades
  • Define milestones, owners, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and escalation paths
  • Coordinate teams to resolve issues, close gaps, and deliver against program commitments
  • Provide concise weekly updates to executives and stakeholders covering progress, decisions, blockers, risks, and required actions
  • Maintain Jira work items and reporting to keep program status accurate
  • Track operational and performance metrics and present findings to leadership
  • Coordinate and lead weekly operational reviews and other key stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate compliance-driven audits and remediation programs with internal teams, external auditors, and regulators
  • Partner with customers and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Improve program processes, documentation, and reporting to increase visibility and predictability

Key requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical, infrastructure, or network program management
  • Experience leading multiple complex technical programs in network engineering, infrastructure deployment, device lifecycle, or large-scale network operations
  • Understanding of hyperscaler networking and dependencies across Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3
  • Ability to build plans, manage risks and critical paths, and drive accountability without direct authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and comfort working with incomplete information
