Overview
In this internship you will support BMW Group UK’s corporate communications team to protect, build and promote the company image. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on press fleet management, events and press launches, ensuring accurate information and smooth delivery. You will handle media liaison and internal reporting, helping to keep resources up-to-date and accessible. This role offers hands-on experience in PR, media coordination and event operations within a renowned automotive brand.

Responsibilities
- Support press fleet management: coordinate vehicle loans and liaise with journalists and internal/external teams
- Create and maintain vehicle specification sheets for accuracy
- Assist with event organization from logistics to on-site coordination
- Manage international and national press launches: guest management, logistics planning, delivery of assets
- Handle operational administration: databases, supplier quotes, purchase orders
- Liaise with media: respond to enquiries, share resources, summarize coverage, update reporting database and image library
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree with predicted grade 2:1 or higher
- relevant work experience in communications, PR or event management

- full UK driving licence
