Job Description:
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust’s Speech and Language Therapy team is seeking an enthusiastic SLT to work with adults with learning disabilities across community and hospital settings. You will assess, diagnose and treat communication and dysphagia needs, develop person-centred care plans and provide training to carers and colleagues.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in MDTs, ensure HCPC standards, and travel across Somerset to meet service users.
