Contentious Insolvency Senior Associate/Director-City Office

Overview

In this role you will handle a broad range of contentious insolvency disputes from a City office, contributing to the firm’s expanding London offering. You work within a close-knit team supported by the non-contentious restructuring & insolvency group, private client and corporate, leveraging an established client base while building your own network. The role offers a clear route to partnership and a collaborative, non-political culture. You will shape outcomes for clients and help drive growth in a fast-growing regional firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate contentious insolvency disputes
• Contribute to expanding the London offering and cross-office collaboration
• Leverage personal and firm client networks to drive matters and business development
• Maintain strong client relationships and BD activity
• Support governance and strategic growth within the insolvency practice
• Collaborate with private client and corporate teams to deliver integratedsolutions

Key requirements

• 8+ PQE
• England & Wales Qualified
• 8+ insolvency disputes experience in City or leading national/regional firm
• Strong personal network to leverage alongside existing client base
• BD track record and interest
