Responsibilities

• Handle M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance matters
• Advise on commercial contracts including terms and conditions, SLAs, and partnership agreements
• Advise on data protection issues
• Maintain strong client contact and relationships
• Contribute to business development initiatives
• Support diverse corporate/commercial matters for a defined client base

Key requirements

• Corporate and commercial lawyer with NQ to ~5 years PQE
• Experience gained during training contract or as a paralegal for newly qualified candidates
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work on both transactional and advisory matters
