Salary: £36,000 – 60,000 per year
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Windows and Linux infrastructure
- PowerShell and Bash scripting experience
- Experience building Docker images, deploying containers, and configuring container networking
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, PowerShell DSC, or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewalls
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Active SC Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and maintain offline Windows and Linux platforms
- Import and install software in secure, offline environments
- Apply, manage, and maintain subsystem changes, including security patching, Group Policy configuration, Windows Registry modifications, and system configuration and hardening
- Research and apply industry best practices to support secure, efficient, and reliable infrastructureBuild, manage, and maintain offline Docker environments
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions for offline Windows and Linux environments
- Develop and maintain automation using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell DSC
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, including analyzing system and application logs
- Produce clear technical and user-facing documentation
