Overview
In this role you will lead Analog Devices’ commercial growth across the UK and Northern Europe, owning the full sales function from pipeline to contract awards. You will build a scalable, high-performance region team and secure major DSO framework contracts to reach 45m revenue within three years. You’ll shape go-to-market strategy, align solutions with regulatory and utility needs, and position ADI as the trusted LV monitoring partner. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of grid digitalisation and regional expansion.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth to 45m across UK and Northern Europe within three years
- Own end-to-end sales processes including pipeline, forecasting, and CRM implementation
- Lead tender qualification, response development, and commercial modelling across territories
- Secure a minimum of eight long-term framework contracts with DSOs and partners
- Build and mentor a regional sales organization across multiple countries
- Develop strategic relationships with utilities, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee white-label partnerships and ecosystem collaborations
- Coordinate market intelligence and align product roadmap with regulatory changes
- Position ADI as a leading LV monitoring and grid digitalisation partner in the region
- Lead final contract negotiations and framework onboarding
- Shape market presence through participation in major industry events
Key requirements
- Proven grid technology sales experience and partnerships (LV monitoring, smart grid, or related digitalisation tech)
- Senior-level experience closing multi-million euro framework deals with regulated utilities
- Deep knowledge of UK/European DSO procurement models (Ofgem, RIIO-ED2, ENA standards) and EU utility frameworks
- Ability to design and lead high-performance sales processes (pipeline, CRM, forecasting)
- Strong experience in tender preparation, negotiation, and contract awards
- Capability to recruit, mentor, and manage sales/pre-sales teams across countries
- Experience building strategic relationships with utilities, partners, and stakeholders in UK/Northern Europe
