Global Corporate Secretary & Governance Leader

Volta, the category-defining AI infrastructure platform, is hiring its first dedicated Corporate Secretary to own company secretarial and governance across the Volta group, including UK entities and cross-border matters in Norway, the US, Luxembourg and Spain.

This high-ownership role works directly with the SVP Strategic Finance and founders, coordinating with external counsel and corporate service providers to manage entities, boards and financings.
