Clinical Pharmacist – Primary Care & Chronic Disease

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is seeking a clinical pharmacist to support primary care teams in managing chronic conditions with clinical tools and reviews. The role combines clinical work with commercial acumen and offers hybrid working across the UK, with travel as required.

You will help practices follow protocols, identify opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN or ICB levels, and build lasting relationships with NHS organisations.
