KS3 SEN Teacher Nuneaton September 2026

About the role:

Justteachers are recruiting for a passionate KS3 SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Nuneaton from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to support secondary-aged students with additional needs, preparing them for further education and life beyond school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3
• Develop and implement individual learning plans based on EHCPs
• Track and report on student progress, adapting teaching as required
• Foster independence, confidence, and social development in pupils
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
• Take on full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking

Pre-requisites:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching KS3 and working with SEN pupils
• Understanding of complex needs and behaviour management strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive and resilient approach to teaching
