Scheme Co-Ordinator30 hours per week
- Based at Somme Park, Derry.
Salary: £26, 935.76 – £30,244.36 pro rata per annum
A bit about the role
Make a positive difference to people’s independence and wellbeing every day. As a Scheme Co-ordinator, you’ll support customers to live independently by building trusted relationships, providing practical support and connecting them with the services they need. Working as part of a caring and supportive team, you’ll enjoy a rewarding role where every day offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.
A bit about you
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people and helping them live independently. Compassionate, organised and approachable, you’re confident building respectful relationships and working with colleagues and partner organisations to achieve the best outcomes. Experience of housing-related support and working with people with a range of support needs would be beneficial, although we’ll provide training where needed. Strong administration and digital skills are essential. This isn’t a hands-on caring role.
