Head of People & Culture – Hybrid, Public Sector

Allen Lane Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the people agenda across a public sector organisation. Based in East London, you will shape strategy, drive culture change and provide strategic HR leadership with 1–2 days in the office weekly.

The role requires UK employment law knowledge, CIPD Level 7, and experience in a regulated environment. You will oversee a small HR team and report to senior stakeholders.
