Wight Healthcare on the Isle of Wight is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team. You will deliver advanced assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for stroke patients and support their transition from hospital to home.
In this role you will contribute to service development, share specialist knowledge with colleagues and partner agencies, and help patients maximise independence through education, quality improvement and research activities.
