Part-Time In-House Employment Lawyer – Birmingham

Gateley is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our HR team at Birmingham Head Office on a part-time basis (22.5 hours). The role involves providing commercially focused legal advice to HR colleagues, Partners and senior leaders, and supporting on employee relations, restructures and strategic employment initiatives.

You will bring a minimum of 7 years PQE, strong employment law knowledge, and a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach.
