Principal Corporate Finance Associate — Energy Financing

Fuse Energy is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join the principal side of financings, structuring and executing debt facilities, and guiding lenders and advisors through closing. You’ll support trading-finance activities, liquidity management and capital strategies as the company scales globally.

You should bring 2–5 years in leveraged finance or related fields, with strong modelling, a results-driven mindset and comfort working under tight timelines. Energy sector exposure is a bonus.
