Hybrid Talent Acquisition Manager: Build Sourcing Team

Cloudscaler is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and build a team of five, while personally delivering senior, technical and business-critical hires. You will own direct-sourcing, manage the quota, and drive improvements in cost per hire and pipeline health in a hybrid London setting.

You’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer, shaping the TA function from the ground up and reducing dependence on external agencies as the internal pipeline strengthens.
