Responsibilities

• Manage a broad corporate caseload, including share and asset acquisitions/disposals, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and bank funding matters
• Develop and maintain strong client and introducer relationships, delivering clear, practical, commercially sound advice
• Contribute to the growth and development of the corporate department in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
• Work autonomously in a fully remote setting while remaining closely engaged with the team
