TheHealthcarePartnershipTeamBusinessManagerrolewillhaveresponsibilityandaccountabilityforthestrategicandoperationalaccountmanagementoftheViatrispromotedBrandedproducts.TheBusinessManagerwillneedtoensurethedeliveryofagreedsalesobjectivesandresultingproductsalesgrowthwithinadefinedgeographicalterritoryanddistincttimelines,whilstadheringtotheABPICodeofConduct.
ThedevelopmentofeffectivecustomerrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersacrossallNHSenvironments(ICB,Tertiary,SecondaryandPrimaryCareetc)willbeacriticalsuccessfactor.AthoroughunderstandingoftheevolutionoftheNHSstructureandhowthatmayimpactontheViatrisportfolioiskey.
