Senior Sales Director

Overview

As Senior European Sales Executive, you drive new and cross-sell opportunities within Europe for LevPro, targeting leveraged credit managers. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand buyer workflows and demonstrate how our data-driven platform reduces friction and risk. You manage trials, nurture relationships, and push for ARR growth, shaping adoption and value realization for clients. This role blends strategic selling with deep product understanding and impact across the client’s organization.

Responsibilities

• Source new and cross-sell opportunities with European BSL/CLO and private credit managers
• Demonstrate expert understanding of ICP workflows, challenges and key value drivers
• Run effective trials that drive adoption and urgency
• Liaise with internal teams and client to manage scope
• Maintain relationship with client on a go-forward basis
• Carry a target for ARR
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Commercial, Implementations and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Key requirements

• 3+ years sales experience selling similar or adjacent products with a proven track record of excellence
• Expertise in Leveraged Credit
