Le Lycée Français Charles De Gaulle de Londres recherche un(e) professeur(e) d’école primaire qualifié(e) (maîtrisant couramment l’anglais) pour couvrir des absences planifiées et non planifiées pendant l’année académique 2026/2027 sur nos 4 sites: principalement Hanwell, mais aussi South Kensington, Clapham Common, et Parson’s Green.
Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) enseignera tous les aspects de la langue et de la littérature anglaises, ainsi que d’autres matières du programme français, en anglais, dans des classes à niveaux mixtes allant de la maternelle au CM2 (6e).

The Lycée Français Charles De Gaulle, London, is looking for experienced, qualified Primary Teachers (fluent levelEnglish speaker) to cover planned and unplanned absences for the academic year 2026/2027 in thePrimary English department at the four Primary sites:mainly Hanwell but alsoSouth Kensington, ClaphamCommon and Parson’s Green.
The successful candidates would teach all aspectsof English Language and Literature as well as some other subjects taken fromthe French Curriculum in English, in mixed-ability classes ranging from Nurseryto Year 6.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of Primary teaching experience. Theyshould be highly creative, dynamic, energetic and interestedin working with our dedicated team of French and English teachers and ourmotivated young pupils.
Our pupils learn to read in English later than in the British school system,meaning the teachers must be willing to learn how our specialised EnglishProgramme has been adapted from the English National Curriculum to accommodatethe fact that pupils are learning two languages.
A good working knowledge of French is preferred but not essential for this role.
Contract: 0-hour contract
Gross hourly rate: £47.42
