Building Safety Lead: Higher Risk Buildings & Compliance

Supply Staff Limited is recruiting a Building Safety Manager for Westminster City Council. You will prepare BAC applications for Higher Risk Buildings, develop Safety Case Reports and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 across multiple buildings.

You will collaborate with internal teams, regulators and contractors, deliver safety training, and participate in resident engagement to promote a strong safety culture within Westminster’s housing stock.
