Strategic Employer Relations Specialist

Ingeus is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to operate site and in the community, covering Central London. The role starts at £40,000 per year plus a package and focuses on building strong employer relationships to create a pipeline of roles for the Youth Jobs Guarantee.

You will drive business development, manage relationships, and convert employer interest into successful job starts, meeting targets and ensuring quality and compliance across CRM records.
