Senior SDR Manager (Hybrid): Lead High-Impact SDR Team

PatSnap in London is seeking a Senior SDR Manager to lead a team of 13 SDRs in a high-volume, outbound environment. You will report to the Head of Sales and own the strategy for mid-market and enterprise prospecting in a hybrid office setting.

You’ll coach a young, coachable team, optimize scripts and cadences, and collaborate with Marketing to refine buyer personas and value propositions. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on process, tools, and data-driven results.
