Responsibilities
- Lead advisory on property matters for energy and infrastructure projects
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial property agreements (acquisitions, disposals, leases, financings, joint ventures)
- Oversee development and construction of major energy/infrastructure projects (onshore, offshore, EV, road, rail, airports)
- Manage and support an established legal team to meet client demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes
Key requirements
- specified PQE in commercial property law with substantial energy/infrastructure experience
- strong track record in energy and renewables projects
- experience at partner level or near partner level with leadership potential
- jurisdictional breadth including NI, ROI, Scotland, England & Wales
