Hands-On Development Lead — Remote-First with Offshore Team

tmGroup is seeking a Development Team Lead to own one of our core engineering teams. This hands-on leadership role combines coding with team management, guiding an offshore team (3–5 people) toward delivery excellence while maintaining tmGroup’s fast, entrepreneurial pace.

You will report to the Head of Product Development and Delivery and collaborate with product and architecture teams to translate business requirements into shipped solutions without owning full architectural control.
