Interim In-House Counsel – Commercial & Product

Corpay One, Inc. is seeking an Interim Legal Counsel to join the IVP legal team in Swindon for a 9-month contract. You will work closely with the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, supporting a broad range of UK legal matters across multiple vehicle-payments businesses.

You will advise on commercial agreements, corporate governance, regulatory issues, and day-to-day legal operations, with a view to enabling growth while managing risk.
