Overview

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will lead regional HR strategy and advisory for the GTM Sales leaders in the Nordic and Benelux/UK regions. You will drive scalable people programs, align HR delivery with commercial goals, and partner with leadership to enhance employee experience. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic planning to support Meltwater’s growth across Europe. You will influence culture, compliance, and talent initiatives in a fast-moving, global context.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM sales leaders to shape and implement a regional people strategy
  • Drive HR solutions that align with regional commercial goals and Meltwater growth
  • Support compensation and performance cycle activities across the region
  • Guide managers through employee relations, performance improvement, disciplinary processes, redundancies, and complex employment matters under UK, Nordic, and Benelux law
  • Lead talent and performance programs, including HiPo identification, succession planning, and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with People Operations on region-specific policies (family leave, visa/immigration, compliance)
  • Localise global people programs (wellbeing, DEI, CSR, hybrid work, engagement)
  • Provide constructive challenge to leadership on business needs and people perspectives

Key requirements

  • Bachelor or equivalent experience
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in high-tech, focused on UK, Nordics, and Benelux
  • Hands-on HRIS experience, preferably Workday
  • Strong communication skills in English; Swedish or Dutch desirable
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment (2 days on-site)
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-moving company and travel within Europe
