Hybrid Clinical Psychologist — Workplace Mental Health

Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, is seeking a HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist for a hybrid role based at our client Jaguar Land Rover’s site in Gaydon. The role supports on-site and remote care for adults in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers 2–5 days per week, flexible hours, and weekly team meetings, with opportunities to develop workplace-focused therapies and training within a growing psychology team.
