Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
- Advise on wills, probate, estate administration, and related areas
- Handle lasting powers of attorney and trusts (including personal injury trusts)
- Involve in Court of Protection matters and estate planning
- Provide clear, practical guidance and high standards of client care
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
Key requirements
- 1+ years’ experience handling a broad range of private client matters
- Confident in managing own caseload
- Excellent technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, LPOA and estate planning
- Outstanding communication, organisational, and client care skills
- Proactive and empathetic approach to client service
