Territory Retail Performance Lead

PayPoint plc is seeking a driven Retail Performance Manager to own a portfolio of ~555 retailers in a defined territory. You will work in the field, using data and coaching to improve commercial performance, while strengthening relationships and ensuring compliance.

You will visit retailers regularly, drive product penetration, and promote the full PayPoint service suite. This role requires autonomy, strong communication, and a proactive, results-focused mindset in a fast-paced network
